Qualifications and Personal Information
Before beginning the application, we suggest gathering: contact information for three (3) non-relative references (first and last names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers), and one (1) personal reference, and your driver’s license number. You won’t be able to save and come back to your application; it must be done in one sitting and takes about 30 minutes to complete.
